Enjoy a bespoke zero-waste three course lunch while learning about food sustainability, food security and the future of our food systems.

As our hospitality industry recovers from the COVID-19 health crisis, how can we shape a food system that is good for the environment, offers food security and nutrition for all, while minimising waste?

In this special dining event, participants will enjoy a curated menu designed to minimise food waste. The sustainable and seasonal spread will reflect host-restaurant Cumulus’s approach to cooking.

Guests will walk away nourished and with some creative tips for minimising food waste at home. From chefs and venue owners, to growers and consumers, everyone has a role to play in creating a better food future.
