HWKR is the first of its kind in Australia and is loosely based on the Hawker Markets of South East Asia and the Time-Out Markets in Europe. At HWKR local, interstate and international restauranteurs are offered fully equipped, small format kitchens to test new smaller format food concepts, whilst delivering it in beautifully designed, shared casual-dining space.
