Anthony is a partner in Mills Oakley's Melbourne’s Property team. Anthony has a range of experience with more than 25 years in the property industry both in Australia as the head of a top tier property practice and working overseas on major corporate land transactions and developments.

Roscoe Power

Roscoe is a-once-upon-a-time waiter, bartender & barista now turned property development & start-up professional. After 10 years in the property and construction industry, he co-founded and became CEO of a property technology start-up called CoDev, which is tasked with solving the Australian housing affordability crisis with the support of industry leaders. Roscoe also is also a co-founder & director of Worksmith, Australia's first co-working space dedicated to hospitality professionals. Having been mentored by some of Australia’s most innovative & successful CEO’s, Roscoe is incredibly passionate about utilising the power of collaboration to inspire people to pursue innovative concepts whilst having the support of their peers.

Simone Gervasi

Simone Gervasi is a property development professional and currently holds the position of Development Manager at Melbourne based property development firm, ICD Property. Simone has over 7 years experience within the property development sector across numerous residential, commercial and retail projects. Simone is a certified foodie, so it was only natural that she keenly put her hand up to lead a large team in conceptualising and delivering the new HWKR food centre concept here in Melbourne. HWKR is the first of its kind in Australia and is loosely based on the Hawker Markets of South East Asia and the Time-Out Markets in Europe. At HWKR local, interstate and international restauranteurs are offered fully equipped, small format kitchens to test new smaller format food concepts, whilst delivering it in beautifully designed, shared casual-dining space. All the successful tenants at HWKR are rotated on short lease term, keeping HWKR's offering fresh and fun for the returning customer
