Maree Grenfell is Resilient Melbournes Learning and Network Manager as part of the 100 Resilient Cities program. She develops and facilitates networks and learning opportunities to embed resilience thinking and practice into partnerships; internationally, nationally and locally. Utilising her degree in psychology, Maree has been delivering dynamic change for over fifteen years in private, community and government sectors influencing positive change for our planet and its people; her goal is a community-centered future in which cities and human wellbeing are interdependent.
Matthew Nation is the founder and Managing Director of Nation Partners, an advisory and project delivery firm that connects industry leaders and thinkers and collaborates with clients to solve problems. Shane Gladigau is a senior policy analyst and project manager in the Victorian Government, specialising in innovation and collaboration. In 2017, he was on secondment at the Resilient Melbourne Delivery Office (RMDO) bringing to life the Innovative Business Models (IBM) action of the Resilient Melbourne Strategy. The IBM pilot project was a partnership between RMDO, B Lab Australia, two leading MBA schools, councils and 12 SMEs that explored the use of the B Impact Assessment to improve business resilience.
Will Richardson leads Impact Investment Groups Giant Leap VC team and oversees all elements of that business, including sourcing, assessing and negotiating investments, working with investees, and working with clients. Will has almost 15 years experience in the private equity, property and corporate finance sectors with companies like the CVC Group and Ernst & Young. He is a Director of the Responsible Investment Association of Australia and a Director of Right Now, a not-for-profit human rights media organisation.
