Are we all worse off when the income gap keeps growing?
Hear speakers talk wealth inequality, what it means to them, their jobs, their passions, community and the future. Increasing wealth inequality is having an effect on communities worldwide. With each passing year, wealth becomes more concentrated amongst a select few, and the gap between the have and have-nots becomes wider. These fast-paced talks will be presented in the Pecha Kucha style – what began as an event for young designers in Tokyo in 2003 and is now a worldwide celebration of creatives. Eight presenters, six minutes each, 20 images x 20 seconds. This is chit chat, but it’s not small talk.
This event is booked out.
