Dr Anna Barlow is the Chief Science and Innovation Officer at Asahi Beverages. She previously held a global R&D leadership role in the UK, where she developed significant experience managing large scale transformational change and developing regional and global R&D programs. Anna has worked for global brands such as Jacob Douwe Egberts, Mondelez, Kraft and Cadbury.
Anna has significant experience working across multiple markets in the Asia-Pacific and Europe, encompassing food and beverage categories such as coffee, chocolate, biscuits, candy and dairy. Anna has built a strong track record in people management and talent development, while also creating and leading successful teams through complexity and ambiguity. She has extensive experience in innovation and developing an agile workforce.
