Mind the hype: Is meditation all it’s cracked up to be?

Hilary-Harper

A childhood in country Victoria gave Hilary a sense of radio’s exciting possibilities. Jobs as an editor, gardener, industrial laundry hand, waitress, switchboard operator and subtitler for the Deaf make for useful radio stories.

She’s done gig guides on PBS FM, current affairs journalism at 3CR, and arts reporting for ABC Adelaide, but found her true home as ABC Melbourne Traffic Reporter, slipping in the occasional haiku. She’s presented Saturday Breakfast and Mornings since 2008.
