Kathryn Arndt is CEO of the Victorian Local Governance Association, an independent organisation that supports councils and councillors in good governance.

She is on the board of Diabetes Victoria; Company Secretary of the Royal Melbourne Tennis Club; a member of the Victorian Ministerial Council on Women’s Equality and the Women’s Roundtable for Local Government. She is also former Deputy Chair of Access Health & Community. Kathryn is passionate about creating sustainable models supported by effective infrastructure and people. Kathryn advocates for transparency, integrity and cross-collaboration between government, business and NFPs. These relationships allow innovative thinking to address complex issues in economic and environmental wellbeing, sustainability, service delivery and social justice.
