Frank Vetere

Frank Vetere works at the University of Melbourne as a professor of Human-Computer Interaction. His research aims to generate knowledge about the design and use of information and communication technologies for human wellbeing and social benefit.

He has research interests in interaction design, technologies for ageing well and human-centred approaches to AI interactions. He works in Interaction Design Laboratory (in the School of Computing of Information Systems), is director of the Microsoft Research Centre for Social Natural User Interfaces (Social-NUI) and Deputy Dean Engagement in the Melbourne School of Engineering
